This book left me wondering if it was written in some exotic language and then google translated into English.
I was searching for such a book which can give a goof picture on the food we consume. Like salt we consume. Most of us just gives too much importance on level of sugar consumption but ignores salt, which can also lead to some serious illness. The book is neatly written with well described substances that gives emphasis on good food practices. Completed ready a part and looking forward for more good information ahead.
I found this book to be terribly written and doesn't give you any new information that you couldn't get from other better written books.
This is a diet book without a diet. Most of this is common knowledge. The charts are good but do little to really help one move on to an action plan. Prioritizing foods, like which would be the best beans, vegetables, fruits, etc. would also be helpful.
